De La Vega’s Pecan Grill & Brewery is locally owned and operated by the Springer family of New Mexico. It is our goal to provide Las Cruces and the surrounding areas with unique menu options, friendly service and an ambiance unlike any other.
De La Vega’s uses locally grown pecans from the Salopek Farms, Hatch green chile and local seasonal ingredients. We make as many items from scratch as possible including our desserts, sauces, dressings, green chile butter and soft pretzel buns.
Pecan Grill catering is led by Executive Chef Bob Brainard who understands the needs of individuals hosting large events. Working closely with each customer, he ensures no detail goes overlooked and each menu is customized as close to clients requests as possible.
