D's Hand Crafted Brews

From our casks to your glass, De La Vega's Pecan Grill and Brewery offers twelve specially brewed craft beers. Brewed using only the finest hops, yeast and barley, our delectable beers range from smooth, malty lagers to hoppy IPA’s, and chocolaty stouts. We even have Pecan flavored beer, but that should come as no surprise.

After countless trials and errors by our own management team, our Brewmaster, (and best friend), Rich Weber achieved the perfect blend of brewing styles and ingredients specifically for De La Vega’s. Working tirelessly and in close conjunction with our Brewmaster, our chef has diligently produced the highest quality malted beverages that pair perfectly with D’s menu offerings bringing out the full flavor profile in every dish. Try one or try them all; D's offers beer flights so you can find your favorite with little trial and error.

A German style pilsner with German yeast, German Noble Hops and 10% Durst Pislner Malt, this lager is fermented at 55 degrees for one week and lagered, (German for 'stored'), for at least two more weeks. The sharp hop bite up front is intended to keep the palette clean, giving the beer high drinkabilty. There is no after taste and the finish turns right off making it a perfect pair with spicy foods.

This unique lager balances a caramel malt flavor with a smooth hop finish that keeps the palate crisp. Reddish-amber in color, this is a very complex California Common style beer with a great malt/hop balance.

A complex, layered hop mixture makes D's Pale Ale well rounded with a strong grapefruit and pine flavoring with just a hint of pepper. This brew has great head retention and a strong hop aroma.

D's blends eight different types of barley to create this amber ale. It appeals to the largest segment of craft beer drinkers who enjoy a smooth, malty ale with no hop bitterness. It has quickly become a local favorite.

This beer has an unmistakable roasted chile aroma and flavor without being too hot. The whole chile is used to infuse the beer with a mild green chile flavor leaving just a hint of heat on the back end.

D's Nut Brown is brewed with English Ale yeast. English tradition uses English Fuggle hops, which are low in bitterness and produce a mild floral taste. The complexity of D's Nut Brown is created mainly by the chocolate and dark chocolate malted barley. There is a roasted coffee flavor with hints of nutmeg in the finish. This brew pairs great with a D's pecan wood-smoked steak.

Just like your favorite light beer only better.

D's Abbey Ale uses a Belgian Bastogne yeast giving it a banana aroma and a slight clove flavor.

Brewed with a strong, aromatic and complex hop mixture, this well-rounded IPA boasts grapefruit and pine flavors with a hint of pepper.

What would a Pecan Grill and Brewery be without pecan beer? We take D’s Aggie Amber Ale and combine it with natural pecan oils for a smooth, robust pecan kick to that which is locally preferred.

A blend of red and white wheat, checked noble hops, orange zest and sweet orange Curacao finishes with a zesty coriander flavor, perfect with an orange slice on a hot summer day.

Our signature stout has a wonderfully creamy, smooth long finish and packs a punch with twice the gravity of Guinness.
