D's Hand Crafted Brews
From our casks to your glass, De La Vega's Pecan Grill and Brewery offers twelve specially brewed craft beers. Brewed using only the finest hops, yeast and barley, our delectable beers range from smooth, malty lagers to hoppy IPA’s, and chocolaty stouts. We even have Pecan flavored beer, but that should come as no surprise.
After countless trials and errors by our own management team, our Brewmaster, (and best friend), Rich Weber achieved the perfect blend of brewing styles and ingredients specifically for De La Vega’s. Working tirelessly and in close conjunction with our Brewmaster, our chef has diligently produced the highest quality malted beverages that pair perfectly with D’s menu offerings bringing out the full flavor profile in every dish. Try one or try them all; D's offers beer flights so you can find your favorite with little trial and error.
