Tom and Jeanine Springer met in the town of Farmington, NM. Married now for 40 years, they are parents to daughters Ashley and Jessie Springer. Together, they are a phenomenal team and the backbone to the management staff at the Pecan Grill. Both are avid outdoorsmen, and Jeanine enjoys spending all of her free time with her horse Notchie. You can find them most nights enjoying one of Chef's signature dishes in the bar. Feel free to stop and say hi!
Ashley holds a degree in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University. She previously worked for four different publications in both the Scottsdale, AZ and Albuquerque, NM areas. Currently, she works for both the Pecan Grill, the Pecan Brewery and the publication, Edible Santa Fe. Interested in carrying De La Vega's Pecan Beer in your restaurant or bar? Colette came to the Pecan Grill by recommendation through the HRTM school at NMSU.
