Executive Chef Alfredo Vargas along with his team of skilled sous chef's and bakers take pride in every dish served at De La Vega's. In addition to a delicious bite every time, presentation is also a key factor at the Pecan Grill. Using as many local ingredients as possible including Young Guns Hatch green chile's, coffee from Picacho Coffee Company and breads from Belle Sucre bakery, each dish at De La Vega's is meant to inspire your taste buds and leave you begging for more.
The Pecan Grill also serves brunch every weekend from 11am-2pm, Fri-Sat and Sunday, 10am-5pm.
