In addition to a delicious bite every time, presentation is also a key factor at the Pecan Grill. Using as many local ingredients as possible including Hatch green chile's and pecans from the Salopek Farms, each dish at De La Vega's is meant to inspire your taste buds and leave you begging for more.

Lamb lollipops of New Zealand seasoned to perfection with fresh tarragon and rosemary, accompanied with a mint jelly.
Seared sushi grade Ahi Tuna Steak served fan tailed over grilled pineapple with wasabi mayo & soy sauce for dipping.
Four manicotti shells stuffed with sauteed eggplant, Hatch green chile, and a blend of two Italian cheeses mozzarella and ricotta. All of this topped with our house-made marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
Different than any marinara-style lasagna you've ever tried, the Pecan Grills three layer green chile-chicken lasagna is filled with chicken, ricotta cheese and mixed seasonal vegetables.
